We are trusted by over 500,000 customers who rely on us to find a new home for their possession, and get paid for it. Our simple process lets customers declutter in just a few easy steps: order a free pack, send in their items with the prepaid label, and receive a quick and fair offer. If they accept, they are paid the same day. If not, their items are returned free of charge.
About the role:
This is a unique opportunity to join us early in our European journey and make a huge impact. In this newly created role of Head of People & Culture, you’ll build, lead and develop the People team, ensuring our people strategy is closely aligned with what the business is trying to achieve.
You’ll be the driving force behind initiatives that support and inspire leaders, creating strong partnerships that help their teams flourish.
