To support this growth, we’ve set up a brand-new Customer Engagement Centre just outside of Arnhem. From here, we serve customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, offering a seamless experience in buying vintage, valuable, and unique items.
As we scale rapidly, backed by VC firms like Dutch Founders Fund and Airbridge Equity Partners, we’re looking for Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the voice of Arcavindi, ensuring that every customer interaction is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. You'll handle inquiries, guide customers through our process, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the buying and selling of pre-loved valuables in the German Market.
