About the team:
We’re excited to launch our UK business, Vintage Cash Cow, in Europe, and we’re currently setting up our European sister company, Arcavindi, out of a fantastic space just outside of Arnhem. This warehouse will fulfill orders for the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and France and to power that growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, inspiring Appraisals Manager to lead and develop our new team of Appraisers.

At Arcavindi, the Appraisals Team plays a vital role in ensuring accurate valuations for every product that comes through our doors. As Appraisals Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind this critical department, shaping processes, mentoring a team ranging from Trainee to Senior Appraisers, and ensuring we deliver fair, transparent offers to every customer.

You’ll work closely with our UK leadership and support teams, building from scratch a high-performing team that will be the engine room of our business, fuelling all other departments with quality stock. This is a unique opportunity to join early in our European journey and make a huge impact.

About the role:
As Appraisals Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our appraisal department in The Netherlands. You’ll be responsible for team performance, quality control, coaching and development, and process improvement. You’ll set clear expectations, lead by example in appraisal best practice, and continually develop your own knowledge of vintage and antique goods alongside your team.
